They pulled it off in just 90 days. Somehow, Kristen and Carlos planned a full wedding in three months—and it didn’t feel rushed at all. Every detail felt intentional, relaxed, and perfectly them.
The surprise snowfall. It snowed lightly the morning of their wedding, which turned the whole day into something extra magical. Just enough to feel like a snow globe, without freezing us out.
Kristen was Kelly’s childhood neighbor. This one was personal. Watching someone you grew up with walk down the aisle? Pretty special. And being asked to document it? Even more so!
Heritage Hill State Park was the sweetest little ceremony spot. Tucked away with charming old buildings and cozy vibes—it’s simple, beautiful, and a total hidden gem for weddings.
Kristen is a true Wisconsin native. She braved the chilly temps like it was nothing—bare arms and all—while the rest of us were layered up and shivering. Total legend.
