Matt and Mindy grew up just a few blocks from each other but it wasn’t until after they both went to school at the U of M and then came back to finish school in La Crosse that they first met and fell in love.  They took me to the place where Matt asked the big question and re-told their story, as it happened last fall.  It was a great little spot just below the bluffs; and a beautiful backdrop for photos.  I really love it when I get the chance to work with the couple to make images in places that are special and unique to them.

This was such a fun session – these two make a gorgeous couple, the light was soo fun that day and their interaction made photographing them so simple.  At the end of the session, they asked me ‘how they did’  and I told them that they did great, but man, after looking at the photos… great was an understatement!  Their movement and interaction with each other was soo natural and you can see in the photos their love and affection for each other.  I can’t wait for their wedding later this summer.
