Camps are some of the best places to have a wedding. Typically everyone can stay on-site. There are a lot of activities for your guests. And they are almost all set up to spend an entire weekend with your family and friends instead of just part of a day. But Ray grew up at a camp, so of course he is a little biased. Below is our list of our favourite places for a memorable Wisconsin camp wedding!
While camps can be pretty budget-friendly they can also be hard to find (if you didn’t grow up going there), and they are pretty rustic, making them a less-than-ideal option for some couples. We are always updating our list of the camps that will work for a wedding. We can’t guarantee that they will all host your wedding, as many are limited by size and dates, etc. but we try to only include camps that are open to hosting a wedding. Keep in mind that some of these are functioning summer camps, and may have limited availability for summer weddings.
